Job Description

Our Client, a dynamic and growing mid-sized manufacturer of high quality labels and die-cut components serving automotive and industrial customers around the world is seeking a self-motivated and driven Production, Control & Logistics (PC&L) Senior Specialist to join their team. Their customers include some of the largest OEMs and Tier 1s in the automotive industry, as well as electronics and industrial manufacturers and consumer product companies.

As a member of the PC&L team, reporting to the PC&L Manager, you will be responsible for working with the logistics team and meeting PC&L objectives. You will develop and maintain effective relationships with customers in all areas relating to availability of product and resources. You will have experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies, as well as working to ISO and TS quality standards. You will be able to handle multiple projects under pressure and produce measureable results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Learn and assist with all aspects of PC&L Department to achieve key metric targets.

  • Assists with proper production control planning and scheduling programs to meet sales forecasts and to balance the level of manpower and machine requirements.

  • Lead Internal MMOG projects to upgrade system

  • MMOG Provide input and direction regarding Customer /Order Management

  • MMOG lead in auditing process

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers in all areas relating to availability of product and resources.

  • Assist with achieving key metrics such as On-Time-Delivery. Reports status and improvement activities regarding capacity requirements, backlog status, order tracking and priorities, raw material requirements, or other required reporting.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Assists with Physical Inventories and cycle counts for accuracy and process improvements

  • Incorporating new customer requirements into PC&L processes.

Job Requirements


  • Minimum 4-year degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent work experience

  • Experience working with ERP systems.

  • EDI knowledge strongly preferred but not required
