Cornerstone is expanding its branches and looking to hire an Inside Sales Specialist who shares our passion for staffing and has the tenacity to reach prospective clients and associates in the Central Valley!

You will work with an award winning team of high energy professionals, who absolutely love their jobs and some of the greatest clients in the Bay Area. Along with that you will have a management team who is passionately committed to championing your career!

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Place outbound calls – making outgoing calls to prospective clients and associates
  • Create e–mail, or direct mail campaigns targeting specfic prospects and associates
  • Email clients and associates, both current and prospective, to answer any questions, schedule meetings with a salesperson or recruiter.
  • Set appointments for a sales representatives and recruiters to meet with individuals from all activity.
  • Data Entry/Recordkeeping – Track appointments and client information into company CRM.
  • Provide general administrative support to sales team.

Sales Activities and Expectations

  • Meet and/or exceed all sales/recruiting activity goals –   prospecting (phone and email), scheduled appointments and live connects.
  • Clearly articulate Cornerstone’s capabilities and competitive differentiators as it relates to the client requirements.
  • Leverage and manage existing database.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years successful track record in inside sales, telemarketing and customer service
  • Proven history of achieving sales quotas
  • Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly-competitive, deadline oriented environment
  • Competitive self-starter with a relentless determination to make things happen
  • Experience with technology platforms such as ATS’s, CRM’s or similar databases       
  • Interpersonal communication skills
  • Organization skills – ability to work with schedules of multiple salespeople
