In addition to running the Digital Marketing campaign, you will also be required to handle the day to day administrative requirements of the office which are vast and many.   • Must have a strong understanding of social media and generally accepted principles for its usage

  • Strong and effective communicator (both written and verbally)

  • Strong customer service skills with a solutions based personality 

  • Tech savvy and able to have a working knowledge of the many different platforms you will be managing (ie… FaceBook, Instagram, Linkedin)

  • Should be an effective writer and able to maintain a Blog as well as craft and compose emails on an individual level

  • Perform all the administrative tasks required of a smaller firm (answer phones, reception, creating documents and reporting tasks

  • Must be proficient with MS Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint)

  • Must be proficient with CRM’s (Hubspot preferred)

  • Must be able to work 40hrs. / week
