  • Ability to audit financial statements
  • Ability to prepare tax returns for multi-states
  • Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable postings
  • Invoicing
  • Posting to general ledger
  • Assisting accounting department
  • Processing sales tax for multiple states 
  • General Accounting duties

Job Requirements

Requirements for Bookkeeper: You must meet the following requirements to qualify for the Bookkeeper Role. • 2+ years of related accounting experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)

• Familiar with accounting concepts, practices, and procedures

• A wide degree of creativity and latitude

• Positive Attitude/ Detail Oriented

• Business Works knowledge a plus

• Experience in Distribution or Reseller with an emphasis on technology products a plus

• Verifiable work references to validate prior work experience

• Must be able to complete skills assessments before an offer of employment is presented

• Minimum AA degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
