JOB DESCRIPTION

•         Answer calls in a professional and positive manner

•         Provide a high level of customer service while working in a fast paced environment

•         Research required information using available resources

•         Provide customers with product and service information while maintaining high performance metrics including average handle time, after call work, quality, adherence, as well as customer satisfaction

•         Respond in a timely and accurate manner to routine customer service calls, ensuring that customer issues and concerns are treated in a respectful and professional manner.

•         Log information about customer service interactions into systems; update in a timely and accurate manner so that associates are able to track services inquiries and resolution.

•         Involved with all aspects of customer service, including solving problems, answering questions, processing orders, forms and applications

•         Services are provided in multiple languages, bilingual is a must. Languages preferred are Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin and Russian.

Job Requirements

  Required: Fluent Bilingual-Read, Write, and speak (Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin or Russian preferred)

•         Intermediate level knowledge of Computers and Software (Word, Excel)

•         High Quality Customer Service Experience

•         High energy, friendly and engaging.

•         Grasps concepts quickly and has good follow through skills; adheres to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise; maintains a positive outlook.

•         Strong active listening skills; gives full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions when appropriate, and letting others fully state their ideas.

•         Trustworthy and maintains the highest level of confidentiality at all times.

•         Typing of 35wpm+

•         The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being organized and using your time efficiently with minimal to no supervision

•         Available to work anytime during business hours of Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and every other Saturday from 9am-5pm

•         Available to work for 4-5 week campaigns without having any attendance issues. Must have ability to meet strict attendance guidelines
